    We use an address verification tool to help make sure your package arrives quickly and accurately. If we cannot validate your address, your order will be delayed as we try to obtain the correct shipping information from you, so please make sure your address is entered correctly. When using Paypal as your checkout method, we MUST ship the Paypal confirmed address on file with Paypal.

    "Days" refers to business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends and delivery will be by the END OF THE DAY. It could be as late as 9pm local time depending on your local UPS driver schedule. Earlier deliveries including Saturday are available through the checkout directly.

    USPS and UPS LOST PACKAGES: Occasionally a package will get misdelivered, lost, or even stolen. Mail fraud is considered a federal crime so fortunately packages typically end up in our hands or yours even when they take a little "vacation". Our insurance coverage on all items specifies a signed statement is necessary from the recipient if a package does not arrive.The statement must have: 1. The shipping address 2. Name of recipient 3. Telephone number 4. Written statement specifying the package did not arrive.Once we receive your statement (which can be emailed or faxed) we will immediately file an insurance claim. The insurance company may need to contact you for additional information. It is very important that if the lost item does arrive to you after we have reshipped it be returned to sender so that we can cancel the claim. UPS claims generally take 1-7 business days to complete and USPS generally takes 15-25 days to complete the investigation.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, Packages are shipped with insurance. We have no control over customs, international taxes, or other charges imposed by countries outside of the US. Orders are shipped via United States Global EXPRESS Mail. Delivery generally takes 10 days depending on local customs clearance.

    Do you ship COD?

    No.

    Can I send a Check or Money Order?

    Paying by Check or Money Order: If you are paying by check you must mail your check first to the address below. Once your check clears our bank we will ship the products.

    How much is the shipping to Colombia?

    We can ship the product from the US directly to the home or business in Colombia (puerta a puerta). The cost starts at $25.00.

    Do you ship to Canada?

    Our most popular international destination is Canada. We generally use USPS Express Mail service to ship to Canada which arrives in about 5 days.

    Will I receive a tracking number and updates?

    You will be notified via Email with a tracking number for all Shipments at the time we have shipped your order. You will be given a link to track the order in the same email.

    Will my order ship the same day?

    We ship the same day the order is placed if received before 3pm PST. We order products weekly to maintain a fresh supply from our manufacturer 4Life Research. For this reason on a rare occasion we may have a product on back order for a day or two. We really try to be as quick as possible since we understand you have made an important decision to order our products.

    What if my order is returned or refused?

    Product credit will be given at the request of the customer less shipping and handling. In the case of FREE Delivery orders the service charge will be $5.00. Some shippers charge an additional shipping/handling charge to return packages that are undeliverable in which case this will be charged back to the customer. If the customer wishes to have the product re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

    What is the return policy?

    We offer only the highest quality herbal supplements for health, and wellness. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase within 30 days, send back the unused portion of the product in the original box, and we will promptly replace, or credit your account less shipping and handling.
